Bathroom mirrors are difficult to figure out.
They should all be addressed in the Agreement of Purchase and Sale, individually.
Some are chattels, some are fixtures, and some are in a very gray area and it's difficult to tell.
For the sake of looking at mirrors, here are a few different ones:
Interesting, this one might go either way
Expensive, possibly chattel
Vanity, built in, attached, fixture
Built in, wall to wall, difficult to remove
Framed, built in, wall to wall, fixture
expensive, just on picture wire and hooks, easy to remove
part of the overall bathroom design, fixture
sits on counter, not attached, chattel
sits on floor, not affixed in any way, easy to move, chattel
very inexpensive, even though picture wire and hooks, simply attached to
complement the room, fixture
